Summary

Seeking a skilled IDBS Developer to design, develop, and implement seamless data exchange integration between LabVantage LIMS and IDBS E-Workbook. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Laboratory informatics and Enterprise application integration, with a strong understanding of LIMS workflow, Master Data, and the IDBS ELN platform. This role focuses on automating the retrieval of Sample Details from LabVantage LIMS into IDBS ELN and transmitting result data from IDBS ELN to LabVantage LIMS.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration workflows in IDBS ELN to retrieve sample metadata from LabVantage.
• Design and implement functionality to integrate IDBS LIMS with lab instruments.
• Design and implement functionality to push analytical results from IDBS ELN to LabVantage.
• Design IDBS ELN connectors and drivers.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with IDBS E-Workbook development, including connectors, drivers, and mappings.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Java, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, Excel.
• Understanding of lab informatics processes and regulatory compliance (CFR Part 11).
• Experience with application integration tools.
• Experience with instrument integration (direct and file-based) with lab applications.
• Experience working with middlewares like LabX, SDMS.
