Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a seasonal Weekend Donut Maker to join our Fall program, with a 5:00–6:00 am start on Saturdays and Sundays. You will make apple cider donuts and operate mixers, fryers, ovens, and pastry tools safely, while keeping a clean, organized workspace and following recipe timing.

Prior bakery or food-production experience is desirable; reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is not required but desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make delicious apple cider donuts
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, fryers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and efficiently

Our Fall season runs September 19th to November 1st. We are looking for seasonal donut makers. Shift options for weekdays and weekends, specifically looking for a Weekend Donut maker opener with a 5am-6am start on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or customers
• Experience with catering or restaurant environments is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work cleanly, maintain a tidy workspace, and follow recipe adherence guidelines
