Job Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrics of the process.

Must Have Skills

1. Preference for OTC + SPM experience (SAP Commissions, not Vistex or other tools)

Supporting Details

• Support the Fire Division in S/4 with OTC/SAP Commission resources.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Order to Cash, including gathering requirements, configuring, and customizing.
• Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.
• Experience with advanced pricing concepts, such as data determination, complex calculations, and pricing structure enhancements (preferred).
• Experience with Solution Manager (SolMan) - ChaRM (preferred).
• Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple SAP components (preferred).
• SAP debugging skills (preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Ownership and leadership qualities to see changes through end to end.
