OTC / AR accountant with French (remote work from Poland)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing OTC (Order to Cash) processes
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting month-end closing activities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or other accounting areas
• Good knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Good communication skills in English ( B2 level) and knowledge of additional language - French (B2)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
