Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Chapel Hill team. You will work within Signature Rehab to deliver top rehab care to residents and outpatients, collaborating with clinicians to support recovery and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree or higher.
• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in rehabilitation to achieve timely independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and other clinical staff to optimize care.
• Contribute to care plans and document progress in the residents’ records.
