Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Chapel Hill, NC to join Signature Rehab. You will work within an integrated care model to help residents recover and return to activities they enjoy, collaborating with clinical teammates to deliver high-quality rehab services.

The role requires graduation from an accredited COTA program (Associate’s degree) and an active state license. Our comprehensive benefits package supports health, wealth, and well-being.

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
