Job summary

Work with Willow is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead and grow our OTA program. This full-time, 9-month role combines teaching, program leadership, curriculum development, student advising, accreditation compliance, and building clinical fieldwork partnerships.

The ideal candidate is passionate about educating future OTA professionals and advancing program excellence in a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required (Master's preferred).
• Current OT or OTA license and NBCOT certification.
• Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy practice experience.
• Knowledge of ACOTE accreditation standards and OTA education.
• Prior teaching or OTA/OT faculty experience preferred.

Responsibilities
