Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Record treatments given in the medical record.
• Participate in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress.
• Participate in facility in-service training programs.
• Record daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedures.
