Saber Health Group in New Castle, PA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help returning residents to optimal function in a SNF setting. You will work under the supervision of the OT and DOR to educate patients and support discharge goals, using concise documentation and collaborative care.

Full-time position with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and benefits package, including daily pay options,health coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Must hold a current and valid OTA license from the state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and service delivery software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in a SNF setting under OT supervision.
• Educate patients and support discharge goals with independent exercise and activity modification.
