Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) for our Genesis Healthcare partner, St Anthony HC and Rehab, in Clovis, New Mexico. You will join a dedicated rehab team delivering patient-centered care in an in-facility setting.

As an OTA, you will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and collaborate with therapists to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
