Job summary

Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking an Operational Technology Leader in Topeka, Kansas. In this role, you will spearhead the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring operational excellence and cybersecurity across plant systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or IT, 5+ years of experience in automation controls, and demonstrate expertise in PLCs and SQL Server. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant floor systems and automation controls.
• Demonstrated expertise in PLCs, Wonderware, and SQL Server.
• Leadership experience in managing technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing system projects from conception to completion.
• Integrate and improve automation and manufacturing system projects.
• Manage the configuration and troubleshooting of OT network infrastructure.
• Supervise OT resources and collaborate with plant leadership.
• Analyze system performance for efficiency and cost savings.
