Job summary

Saber Health Group is hiring an Occupational Therapist for our skilled nursing facility. You will help residents regain function and meet therapy goals, guiding education and independent exercise for discharge readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy, active state licensure, and comfort with EHR and related software. Full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current and valid license granted from state of employment.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• The primary function of your job is to return patient to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a SNF setting.
• Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.
