Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. In this role, you will help residents regain and maintain physical function, collaborating with physicians and staff to reach patient goals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OT and an active state license. You will use electronic health records and other software to document progress and coordinate care with a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid license to practice OT in the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function and achieve therapy goals in SNF.
• Educate patients on maintaining function post-discharge via independent exercise and activity modification.
