Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide the OT team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care.

You will collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to oversee daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments, while providing direct patient care and fostering recovery.

Qualifications

• Current OT license/certification per state requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding relevant specialty certifications preferred.
