Job summary

Health Marketing seeks an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide an OT group in rehabilitation services. You will coordinate daily operations, support scheduling and staff training, and provide direct patient care to foster recovery and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services, tailoring care to individual patient needs.
• Promote patient victories and engagement throughout rehabilitation.
