Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide the OT team and ensure seamless patient care during rehabilitation. You will collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on scheduling, training, and hospital communications while providing direct patient treatment.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and ongoing development of team members in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Holds current state OT license or national certification.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days.
• Degree in an accredited therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Minimum 3 years of OT or leadership experience; at least 2 years in clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care during rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on understanding and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications (preferred)
