Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills in Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide therapy services, mentor staff, and ensure evidence-based treatment plans.

You will partner with the Director of Therapy Operations, oversee scheduling, onboarding, and clinical mentorship, while delivering direct patient care and celebrating progress on the rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire for this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical OT experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to support recovery.

Your Role as a Leader in Occupational Therapy
