Qualifications

• Active NY OTR license required.
• Experience supervising OTAs and leading a team preferred.
• Background in SNF or sub-acute rehab is advantageous.
• New grads with a geriatrics interest are welcome to apply.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents admitted for sub-acute rehabilitation.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in care planning and discharge discussions.
