Job summary

Accenture Security in Bentonville seeks an experienced Operational Technology Transformation Security Manager to lead OT security engagements across critical infrastructure. You will research, analyze, and report on OT threats, and work with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to deliver actionable cyber intelligence.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years with OT networks and industrial environments, and a proven ability to brief senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 12 years of work experience; Associate’s Degree requires minimum 6 years.
• Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OT networks, systems, assets, and security solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing consulting services to clients with experience in relevant industry verticals such as Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years of experience assessing standards and frameworks including DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with security analysis techniques, identifying indicators of compromise, threat hunting, and identification of intrusions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or OT networking infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in SOC's with security tooling such as OT NSM's, SIEMs, Endpoint Security tools for Operational Environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and mission-critical environments.
• Research, analyze, and report on OT cyber threats across industries, focusing on actors, TTPs, and geopolitical motivations.
• Collaborate with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to produce OT-focused cyber intelligence products.
• Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external audiences.
• Develop OT security program/governance and contribute to OT security strategy and roadmaps.
