Fluidstack seeks an experienced OT Security Engineer to secure production substations, SCADA, and controls across gigawatt-scale OT environments. You will threat model, architect segmentation, and work with controls engineers to harden deployments.

Ideal candidates understand Purdue Model, have hands-on OT tooling experience (Claroty/Nozomi/Dragos), and can lead security engagements with hardware OEMs. On-site role in SF Bay Area with high-urgency tempo.

Formación

• You've secured substations, SCADA, or controls systems in production.
• You threat modeled OT environments and turned results into segmentation and controls.
• You understand the Purdue Model and where to break it for modern OT setups.

Responsabilidades

• Threat model OT systems and environments across the fleet: SCADA platforms, BMS and EPMS, cooling and power systems, and the sensor networks that feed them.
• Design the architecture and segmentation that keeps a gigawatt-scale OT estate defensible: network zones, remote access paths, and the IT/OT boundary.
• Forward-deploy with controls engineering to secure operational deployments, from PLC code pipelines to the SCADA layer.
• Serve as the security consultant to power, controls, commissioning, and site teams during capacity energization.
• Work with detection and response to tune OT coverage and respond with incident responders when attacks reach OT.
• Lead engagements with hardware OEMs on product security requirements and use cases like firmware security and counterfeit detection.
