Job summary

HiredFirst in Salem, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life within a dedicated rehabilitation team.

You will evaluate and treat based on physician referrals, develop discharge plans, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with families to achieve the best outcomes in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active OT license in the state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
