Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of office or related experience; OR an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers the operational activities of the Occupational Therapy Department Clinical Education program.
• Oversees admission process and assists students through recruitment.
• Plans travel arrangements and prepares Travel Authorization requests and reimbursements.
• Maintains data of students' clinical experience and prepares paperwork for faculty.
• Coordinates data for ACOTE accreditation and clinical placement offers.
• Schedules faculty supervision and manages the web-based admission system.
• Coordinates on-campus interviews and manages project-related tracking in Excel.
