Job summary

EY is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control/evidence follow-through, and documentation completion for OT environments. This role coordinates with architecture, cybersecurity, and site teams to ensure assets, platforms, monitoring, and support records are complete and auditable.

Role focuses on stabilizing operations post-transition, facilitating platform onboarding validation, and improving readiness and supportability across OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operational technology, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, compliance readiness, or operations enablement activities.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate that OT environments are operable and ready after implementation or transition activities.
• Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings, support gaps, open items, and integration dependencies.
• Assist operations with aligning transitioned assets, platforms, monitoring, documentation, and support records with the required operating model.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams when post-transition remediation or clarification is required.
• Coordinate completion and validation of runbooks, support notes, asset records, diagrams, connectivity, and operating instructions.
• Track risks, exceptions, remediation actions, and operational defects to resolution.
