Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control and evidence follow-through, platform onboarding validation, and stabilization activities for OT environments.

This operations-facing role coordinates across architecture, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams to close readiness gaps and improve supportability, while ensuring accountability and documented evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operational technology, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, or operations enablement.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Integration and Readiness: Validate OT environments are ready after implementation or transition.
• Control, Evidence, and Readiness Support: Collect and maintain control evidence and readiness artifacts.
• Platform and Monitoring Readiness: Ensure OT assets and monitoring workflows are represented and updated.
• Documentation and Records Completion: Validate runbooks, diagrams, and support docs.
• Risk, Exception, and Remediation Tracking: Track risks and remediation actions and document decisions.
• Operational Support Enablement: Help operations with escalation paths and runbooks for OT environments.
