Job summary

EY seeks a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control evidence, and stabilization activities for OT environments.

You will coordinate across architecture, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams to close readiness gaps and maintain auditable, reliable OT operations. This is an operations-facing role focused on stability and supportability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, OT, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, compliance readiness, or operations enablement.
• Knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate OT environments are ready and supportable after implementation or transition activities.
• Track closure of readiness findings, gaps, open items, and integration dependencies.
• Coordinate with operations to align assets, platforms, monitoring, and documentation with operating models.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams for remediation or clarification.
• Assist with collecting and maintaining control evidence and readiness artifacts.
• Support closure of validation items, remediation actions, and exception documentation.
• Ensure monitoring readiness and documented escalation expectations are understood by teams.
