Job summary

Packetlabs is seeking an OT Security Consultant to own how risk is evaluated in sensitive OT environments. You will work directly with clients to assess ICS/SCADA systems, translate findings into practical guidance, and help mature Packetlabs' OT testing approach.

You will deliver credible, actionable results while balancing operational safety and risk. The role emphasizes independent judgment, strong communication, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Information Security or Computer Science degree program.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, GCIP, CSSA, CACE, CISSP, OSCP.
• 3+ years experience assessing or operating within OT, ICS, or SCADA environments.
• Strong understanding of OT testing constraints and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture reviews for OT environments.
• Perform holistic tabletop reviews across OT risks without high-risk testing.
• Identify vulnerabilities and SPOFs in ICS/SCADA networks.
• Translate findings into actionable guidance for clients and leadership.
• Contribute to improving Packetlabs OT testing methodology.
