Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking fresh grads and experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants for opportunities across Colorado, including Morrison. This role emphasizes hands-on patient care, flexibility in schedules, and the chance to transition into permanent positions.

As a COTA, you will implement OT-designed treatment plans, support activities of daily living, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Travel stipends and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado COTA license or willingness to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out customized treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients develop, improve, or restore daily living and work activities.
• Use therapeutic techniques to support physical, cognitive, and psychosocial goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist in carrying out customized treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Colorado (or willingness to obtain).
