Job summary

Mediix is seeking an Occupational Therapist to manage a genuinely mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload in Sydney. The role involves travel to client homes, clinic and telehealth sessions within a supportive multidisciplinary organisation.

You will work with a small therapy team, sustain high-quality clinical documentation, and collaborate across the broader team to ensure holistic client care. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with flexibility; part-time considered.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
• Comfortable working across paediatric and adult caseloads.
• Full driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Genuine interest in NDIS and community based care.
• Strong communicator, able to work independently in home, clinic and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver OT interventions across a genuinely mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload.
• Travelling to client homes as needed, alongside clinic based and telehealth sessions.
• Working closely with Allied Health Assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team for joined up client care.
• Keeping clear, timely clinical documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
• Contributing to a small, collaborative therapy team.
