Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to secure OT/IT environments across water and environmental infrastructure. The role focuses on risk assessments, architecture reviews, and governance in a U.S. context.

You will collaborate with environmental engineers, SCADA/controls engineers, and software developers to implement security solutions, align with NIST CSF and IEC 62443, and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity consultant experience, including OT/ICS.
• Experience delivering client-facing cybersecurity assessments, gap analyses, and roadmaps.
• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cyber engineering projects for OT/IT environments.
• Perform security assessments and risk analyses per NIST CSF/IEC 62443.
• Review contracts and support security-related business development.
• Design secure network architectures for converged IT/OT environments.
