Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility setting. Compensation is $36.00-$43.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical education to support growth.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
