Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our East Peoria team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and develop personalized care plans.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by state

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
