Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Security Engineer focused on OT/ICS defense to protect our factory and production environments. You will design and implement foundational security controls, lead risk assessments, and drive security initiatives across cloud, production, and corporate domains.

You will work closely with OT teams to ensure secure-by-design systems, apply threat modeling to OT/ICS, and contribute to incident response efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing, switching and network design principles.
• Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation for OT networks.
• Experience reviewing OT/ICS security architecture and designs.
• Experience with threat modeling for OT/ICS (MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust or similar languages.
• Experience implementing defensive controls in industrial environments.
• Ability to own complex projects and drive security initiatives.
• Eligible for U.S. Top Secret clearance and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT risk assessments, gap analyses, and multi-year OT security roadmap.
• Architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools.
• Build systems for automation, visibility, and threat detection across teams.
• Drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset.
• Collaborate with factory production teams to ensure secure-by-design environments.
