Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Mexico is seeking an OT/ICS cybersecurity specialist to join the Security team. You will design, implement, and manage security for industrial control systems across manufacturing facilities, working with Supply Chain, Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT and Risk teams.

The ideal candidate has strong cyber security and ICS backgrounds, with experience protecting manufacturing environments and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience protecting industrial control systems (ICS) in critical manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks and industry standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).
• Ability to work with IT, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments for facilities and ICS networks.
• Develop remediation plans and track progress with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to implement controls.
• Monitor IC networks for incidents and respond to threats to minimize impact.
