Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk while preserving operations.

You will develop detailed reports, roadmaps, and governance artifacts, balancing delivery with growth pursuits in a fast-moving OT security practice. Travel 0–100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Minimum 3 years with IC technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, IAM in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with key OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience producing security deliverables and presenting findings to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and help implement OT security solutions with client teams.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Contribute to OT security program governance, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams, integrators, and vendors to drive practical security outcomes.
• Contribute SME content to RFPs, solution reviews, and proposals.
