Job summary

COLSA is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Analyst to support identification, assessment, and analysis of control systems for critical infrastructure and mission-essential assets. On-site assessments and inventories of OT/ICS/FRCS will be conducted and coordinated with government stakeholders, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and facility personnel.

Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or
Associate's degree in related field with 9+ years of relevant experience; or
High school diploma/equivalent with 13+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site assessments and inventories of OT/ICS/FRCS and components.
Identify and document control systems supporting facilities, critical infrastructure, and assets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to map systems, interfaces, and dependencies.
Review site maps and architecture docs to develop system/workflow documentation.
Analyze assessments to identify assets, infrastructure, and mission risk.
Document system components and assessment data using templates and repositories.
Develop reports and summaries for leadership on system status and risk.
Support audits and technical evaluations of OT/ICS environments.
Travel approximately 15% for site visits.
