Greenhills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in a long-term care setting. The therapist will develop and oversee treatment plans, set achievable goals, document patient progress, and educate families as needed.

The role includes supervising OT Assistants, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Must hold valid state OT license and registration.
• Supervise OT Assistants.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing.
• Conduct evaluations, progress notes and discharges.
• Collaborate with disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals and document patient condition; educate patients and families.
• Oversee and supervise OT Assistants.
• Comply with confidentiality, HIPAA and Residents Rights.
