Job summary

Greenhills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct care. The role involves developing and administering therapy programs with clear goals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy methods.

The OT will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Must hold a valid OT license/registration in the state.
• Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehab and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with goals.
