Job summary

Mount Vernon Healthcare Center in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This role places you as an in-house team member at Mt Vernon Healthcare Center, where you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve quality of life.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a valid or pending State OT license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Perform patients'/residents' occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and staff education.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend/lead interdisciplinary rehab meetings to relay findings and make recommendations.
• Treat at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs.
