Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist at Annandale Healthcare Center to assess residents and craft individualized treatment plans, guiding therapy teams to deliver care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State OT license or clearly listed as pending license.
• Eligibility to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
• Provide supervision for COTAs and coordinate with rehab team.
• Attend/interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations.
