Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
