Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility setting in New York. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program

NBCOT certification (OTR) if state requires

Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

Strong communication and organizational skills
