Job summary

Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess residents, design and monitor rehabilitation plans, and coordinate with the care team in a long-term care setting.

The role supports FT/PT/PRN schedules and comes with the potential for a $10K retention bonus for full-time staff. Candidates must hold an active OT license and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with active registration in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to assess functional capacity and rehabilitation potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to assess medical condition and rehab potential.
• Establish and administer treatment programs per physician direction.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
