Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a ChanceLight company, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Fairfield, CA. The OT will provide direct services to K-12 students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with families and school staff to support functional independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy and OT licensure in progress or active.
• Experience delivering OT services to children, especially in special education and IEP settings.
• Knowledge of IEPs, eligibility, and related service delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to students in Grades K-12.
• Develop or adjust individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Conduct assessments and report progress per district guidelines.
• Collaborate with families, educators and related agencies; participate in IEP meetings.
• Train educators and staff on OT best practices and assistive technology use.
