Job summary

Pro Rehab in Minnesota is seeking an Occupational Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton, providing assessments, treatment planning, and therapy to improve patient independence.

This full-time role offers a competitive wage of $45-$53 per hour, mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile, and up to a $5,000 bonus paid over 18 months, plus tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits. New grads are welcome to apply with MN OT licensure.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree.
• Must possess a current MN OTR license.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to identify needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve motor skills and coordination.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home modifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and care teams for comprehensive care.
