Insight Global is seeking an OT Project Engineer to provide on-site technical support and ownership of OT systems on Critical Facilities projects. You will coordinate across engineering, IT/OT, controls, construction, customers, and contractors to ensure successful project turnover.

The role requires hands-on network engineering in data center environments, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with distributed teams.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of data center and Critical Facilities environments.
• Hands-on experience with network architecture, configuration, technologies, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of OT networking and network integration within building automation environments.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure in live Critical Facilities and retrofit projects.
• Ability to consider the broader Critical Facilities program and evaluate how changes may impact projects, teams, and regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate network performance and quality.
• Ability to gather feedback, consider different perspectives, and build alignment across teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with distributed and remote teams.

Job Description

The OT Project Engineer provides on-site technical support and engineering ownership for Operational Technology systems on Critical Facilities projects. The role supports OT infrastructure, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and successful project turnover while coordinating across engineering, IT/OT, controls, construction, customers, and contractors.
