Job summary

KBR Careers seeks an experienced Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) Support Contractor to provide on-site Advisory and Assistance Services to testing teams. The role emphasizes high-level process planning, execution support, and SME guidance across all phases of operational test programs.

The position requires deep OT&E experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment within the National Security Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Significant background executing DoW Operational Tests.
• Strong ability to analyze test plans, capabilities, and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for requirements and reports.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Test Support across all phases of Department of War operational test programs, from requirements to final report generation.
• Platform-Specific Assessments for OA, IOT&E, and FOT&E on T-38, TH-1H, T-6, and T-7 platforms.
• Process and Product Improvement to enhance SAS processes and products.
• In-depth reviews and analysis of test planning, capabilities, and reporting.
• Assist in ensuring weapons system capabilities are suitable and mission-capable; document limitations and risks.
• Provide high-level process guidance to elevate team capabilities and proficiency.
