Job summary

Cedar Crest College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Occupational Therapy at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. This 12-month, in-person role supports the OTD program in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

We seek candidates with a clinical background, scholarly activity, and commitment to curriculum development aligned with accreditation standards. Qualified applicants will hold a doctorate and NBCOT certification, with PA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification.
• Active Pennsylvania OT licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum of two years of clinical OT experience.
• Academic or curriculum development experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level courses in an entry-to-d Doctoral program in Occupational Therapy.
• Advise and mentor graduate students on evidence-based projects and doctoral capstones.
• Develop and align curriculum with program goals and accreditation standards.
• Conduct and disseminate scholarly work per the Boyer Model of Scholarship.
• Assist with admissions and contribute to department and college service.
• Maintain clinical expertise through optional weekly clinical release time.
