Qualifications

• Must be an occupational therapist.
• Doctoral degree required and experience as academic fieldwork coordinator or fieldwork educator.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple ongoing projects and communicate with community partners, program director and faculty.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure program compliance and ACOTE standards.
• Collect and interpret data for fieldwork curriculum development.
• Guide students on developing skills for site-specific learning objectives.
• Ensure students meet site health and onboarding requirements for fieldwork.
• Schedule and confirm student placements.
• Advise students and fieldwork educators related to experiential learning.
• Maintain a faculty-centric scholarship agenda.
• Engage in internal and external service.
