Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior OT Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives across renewable, storage, and conventional generation assets.

You will build integrated schedules, manage budgets and risk, and coordinate operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and vendors to keep programs aligned. You will drive governance, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting, shaping leadership view of program progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology, cybersecurity, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, SCADA, ICS, or OT initiatives.
• Track record coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams on cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.

We're partnering with a leading client to find a Senior OT Cybersecurity Program Manager to join their team. This role sits at the center of enterprise-scale cybersecurity and resiliency across renewable, battery storage, and conventional power generation assets, coordinating engineering, operations, compliance, and IT to protect the systems that keep critical infrastructure running.

You'll bring structure and governance to initiatives like role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, network segmentation, and critical-level compliance across an entire generation fleet. If you want program-level ownership on work that genuinely matters, this is worth a look.

What You'll Own

• You'll lead planning, execution, and closeout of complex cybersecurity and technology initiatives spanning renewable, storage, and conventional generation assets.
• You'll build and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans that keep multiple initiatives moving in sync.
• You'll coordinate across Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Construction, and third-party vendors to keep every initiative aligned.
• You'll drive governance processes, tollgates, and status reporting, with direct visibility into executive-level decision-making.
• You'll manage vendor engagements, contracts, statements of work, and deliverables from kickoff through completion.
• You'll develop executive ready presentations, dashboards, and performance reporting that shape how leadership sees the program.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology, cybersecurity, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition), industrial control systems, or Operational Technology (OT) initiatives.
• A track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams on complex, cross-functional programs.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in electric utility, power generation, critical infrastructure, or industrial automation environments.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP standards, industrial cybersecurity, and control systems.
