Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Specialist to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s OT programs. The role will evaluate OT systems, interface IT with OT equipment, and strengthen cybersecurity for DoD fuel automation and energy operations worldwide.

Contingent upon award with a start date around 12/28/2026, the position requires an IT-II clearance and IAM Level II certification, with a salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification: Category IAM Level II (e.g., CISSP or CISM).
• Experience with cybersecurity standards and RMF requirements for OT systems.
• Experience with various vendors and types of OT systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate OT systems and interface with IT and OT equipment.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose system improvements.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to OT programs to meet standards and best practices.
• Support OT systems including UMCS, ESS, BAS, Fire & Emergency, Fuels SCADA, Fuels Dispensing, Tank Gauging, and Material Handling.
